Terms of Service

By accessing or using any Cloudbuzz AI website, product, or service (including cloudbuzz.ai and konverze.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.

Cloudbuzz AI is the trading name of Cloudbuzz Global Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a company registered in India (CIN available on request). We provide AI-powered SaaS products (including Konverze AI), web development, mobile app development, cloud services, and related technology services. Registered office: Nagpur, Maharashtra 440027, India.

Cloudbuzz AI provides:

• Konverze AI — a multi-tenant AI chatbot SaaS platform available at konverze.in
• Website Audit Tool — a free Lighthouse-powered audit tool at cloudbuzz.ai/audit
• Technology Services — website development, mobile app development, cloud & DevOps, AI integration, CRM/ERP development, and business automation
• Cloudbuzz Academy — practical technology education programmes

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use our services to violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, servers, or databases.
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, malicious, or fraudulent content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code or proprietary algorithms.
• Use our services to send spam, unsolicited messages, or conduct phishing.
• Resell, sublicence, or redistribute our services without written permission.
• Abuse the free Website Audit tool through automated or bulk submissions.

5.1 Account Responsibility. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

5.2 Data Ownership. You retain full ownership of the content you upload to train your chatbot (documents, FAQs, website content). Cloudbuzz AI does not claim ownership of your data.

5.3 Service Availability. We target 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers (OpenAI, Azure, etc.).

5.4 Fair Use. Free plan accounts are subject to usage limits as published on konverze.in/pricing. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the free plan.

5.5 Data on Termination. Upon account deletion, your data is retained for 30 days for recovery purposes, then permanently deleted.

6.1 Project Payments. Standard payment structure for custom development projects:

• 50% upfront deposit before work commences
• 25% at agreed midpoint milestone
• 25% upon final delivery and client approval

6.2 Retainer Payments. Monthly retainer arrangements are billed in advance at the start of each billing period.

6.3 Konverze AI Subscriptions. Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually in advance via Razorpay. Prices are listed at konverze.in/pricing and may change with 30 days' notice.

6.4 Late Payments. Invoices unpaid after 14 days may result in suspension of services. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts.

6.5 Taxes. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST). Clients are responsible for any applicable taxes in their jurisdiction.

7.1 No Refunds on Services. Once work has commenced on a custom development project, no refunds will be issued for any completed or in-progress work.

7.2 No Refunds on Subscriptions. Konverze AI subscription payments are non-refundable. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused time.

7.3 Exception — Non-Delivery. If Cloudbuzz AI fails to deliver an agreed service through our own fault, we will either re-perform the service or issue a credit at our discretion.

7.4 Dispute Resolution. If you have concerns before purchasing, please contact us at admin@cloudbuzz.ai so we can address them before you commit.

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on our websites and products are owned by Cloudbuzz AI or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

For custom development projects: upon full payment, you receive full ownership of the code and assets we build specifically for you. We retain rights to any reusable frameworks, libraries, or proprietary tools we use in delivery.

Any content you submit to us (via contact forms, chatbot training data, emails, etc.) grants us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it solely for the purpose of providing our services. You retain full ownership of your content. We do not use your content to train our general AI models.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cloudbuzz AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption — arising from your use of our services. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Our websites may contain links to third-party sites and we integrate with third-party services (OpenAI, Razorpay, Azure, etc.). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.

By You: You may cancel your Konverze AI subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.

By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these terms, without notice or refund.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws, those laws apply to the extent they cannot be contracted out of.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you via email (if we have your address) or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
