Cloudbuzz AI (legal name: Cloudbuzz Global Technologies Pvt. Ltd., "we", "us", "our") operates www.cloudbuzz.ai and its products including Konverze AI (konverze.in). Our registered office is at Nagpur, Maharashtra 440027, India.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Contact information — name, email address, company name, and WhatsApp number when you fill our contact form, demo request, or newsletter subscription.
• Website Audit data — when you use our free Website Audit tool at cloudbuzz.ai/audit, we collect the website URL you submit, your name, email address, and WhatsApp number (optional). We also store the audit results (performance scores, SEO scores, security scores, and identified issues) associated with your submission.
• Usage data — pages visited, time spent, browser type, device type, IP address, and referral source via analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity).
• Payment data — for Konverze AI subscriptions, payment is processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card number or bank details. We receive transaction confirmation, amount, and billing metadata only.
• Communication data — any messages you send us via email, contact forms, or WhatsApp.
• Technical data — IP address, user agent string, device fingerprint (for fraud prevention in our SaaS product).

• Respond to your enquiries, demo requests, and contact form submissions.
• Deliver and display your free Website Audit report (on-screen and via email).
• Send you our newsletter if you have subscribed (you can unsubscribe at any time).
• Follow up with you about your Website Audit results and relevant Cloudbuzz AI services.
• Process payments and manage subscriptions for Konverze AI.

Our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us immediately at admin@cloudbuzz.ai and we will delete it promptly.

Your data is primarily stored and processed in India (Microsoft Azure Central India region). Some third-party services (e.g. Google Analytics, Cloudflare) may process data outside India. By using our services, you consent to such transfers.

We may update this policy periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects changes. We will notify you of significant changes via email (if we have your address) or a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
